シェフのVirgilio Martinez氏とPa Len氏によるリマの旗艦店CentralがNo.1に輝き、2022年に優勝したコペンハーゲンのGeraniumに代わって、Best of the Bestの殿堂入りを果たしました。
2022年のリストでNo.2にランクインしたCentralは、ペルー固有の食材が持つユニークな生物多様性を祝福するメニューを提供し、ペルーを称えます。また、調査部門であるMater Iniciativaの指導のもと、伝統と歴史を守りながら、サステイナビリティを追求しています。 バルセロナのDisfrutar（No.2）、マドリッドのDiverxo（No.3）が、Centralに続きます。
南米からは、 リマのKjolle（No.28）およびボゴタの El Chato（No.33）ら新規エントリーの二軒を含め、全体で九軒が見事ランクインを果たしました。アジアでは、The Best Restaurant in Asia（No.14）に選出されたシンガポールのOdetteをはじめ、新規エントリーとなるバンコクのLe Du（No.15）、Gaggan Anand（No.17）および東京のSzanne（No.37）を含む七軒がランクインしています。また、ドバイの二軒のレストランが初めてリストに名を連ねました。The Best Restaurant inMiddle East & Africaに選出されたTrsind Studio（No.11）、そしてOrfali Bros Bistro（No.46）です。
